Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Gets a Muppet Makeover (2026)

Are you ready to rock? Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets is speeding into Disney’s Hollywood Studios in 2026, bringing the Electric Mayhem’s musical chaos to the high-speed thrills we love!

The Story: The Electric Mayhem is headlining their biggest Hollywood concert ever, but there’s just one problem – the band is nowhere to be found! While fans wait anxiously for the show, you’ll get a VIP tour of G-Force Records, now under new Muppet management thanks to Scooter’s uncle J.P. Grosse.

What’s New:

• The iconic giant guitar is getting a vibrant, psychedelic Muppet-inspired makeover
• Audio engineers throughout the attraction (who happen to be penguins, naturally!)
• A wild limousine ride through Hollywood with Muppet twists on famous landmarks
• The Electric Mayhem’s most rockin’ hits pumping throughout your adventure

Big Thunder Mountain Railroad Returns with New Magic (2026)

Howdy, pardners! The wildest ride in the wilderness is getting some spectacular new magic when it reopens in 2026 at Magic Kingdom.

The Enhanced Story: Journey back to the Golden Times when Barnabas T. Bullion struck it rich and started the Big Thunder Mountain Company. But when you mess with nature, nature fights back! Strange things started happening – machines failed, cave-ins shut down mines, and the mountain itself seemed to come alive.

New Magic Thundering In:

• Rainbow Caverns – Spectacular underground caverns featuring phosphorescent pools that shimmer and illuminate iridescent stalagmites and stalactites
• Mountain-top to cavern-deep refurbishment to keep this classic attraction in tip-top shape
• Same rumblin’, rollin’ fun with enhanced magical moments throughout

Don’t let those beautiful caverns fool you – that menacing rumble from deep within suggests visitors might not be welcome! There’s even more new magic to discover when it reopens, so keep your hats on tight!

Zootopia: Better Zoogether! Opens This November

Clap your paws and click your claws! The newest addition opens much sooner – November 7, 2025, at Disney’s Animal Kingdom!

The Experience: This all-new 4D show at the Tree of Life Theater brings guests right into the Zoogether Day festivities, a celebration of unity across all the diverse biomes of Zootopia city.

What You’ll See:

• Ice-skating spectaculars from Tundratown
• Synchronized swimming from Marsh Market
• Tiny mouse drone shows over Little Rodentia
• A musical finale by superstar Gazelle
• New character Heidi Howler, a slick-talking wolf hosting the Zoogether Day LIVE! broadcast

Character Meetings: Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde will be greeting guests at Discovery Island’s Zoogether Day Gathering Spot, sporting their brand new looks from the upcoming Zootopia 2 film!

Star Power: Original voice actors Ginnifer Goodwin and Jason Bateman return, with contributions from filmmakers Jared Bush and Byron Howard working alongside Disney Imagineering.
