Why I Charge Service Fees

Planning a trip can feel overwhelming. I want to make it simple and clear for you.

I do charge some fees, which I’ll explain later. These fees let me spend the time needed to find the right vacation for your family — not just any trip.

You’ll know exactly what’s included, what to expect, and how we’ll work together. No pressure and no surprises. Just honest, clear info so you can feel good about moving forward.

Vacation Package Planning Fees
(Disney, Cruises, All-Inclusive Resorts)

Service	Fee	Description
Initial Consultation	Free	We’ll spend 30 minutes talking about your family’s travel needs. This gives me the info I need to start planning.
Planning Services (includes up to 3 customized quotes)	$150 + tax	After our call, I’ll create up to 3 personalized vacation quotes tailored to your family. This fee covers the time, research, and expertise I put into making sure the options are the right fit.
Flights (if not included in package)	$25 + tax/person (max $100 + tax)	I’ll handle your flights separately if they aren’t included in your package.
À La Carte Services	$40 + tax/hour	Extra help with travel details or one-off requests, charged hourly.
My Travel Knowledge	Priceless	Always included when you book your vacation with me.

Custom Trip Planning Fees

Complimentary 30-Minute Travel Consult	Free	A complimentary session to explore your travel goals, preferences, and vision for your trip.
Basic Planning Fee	$150 + tax	General travel advice and itinerary ideas
Custom Itinerary & Quote	$300 + tax	Fully customized itinerary with up to 2 edits
Flights	$25 + tas/person	Max charge of $100 + tax
À La Carte Services	$40 + tax/hour	Tailored assistance for your specific needs
My Travel Knowledge	Priceless	Complementary with your booked vacation

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All service fees are non-refundable.
Supplier Cancellation Fee: Supplier-imposed cancellation fees
Sensory Friendly Vacations Cancellation Fee: Up to $500 for trips cancelled within 60 days of travel. If a trip is cancelled due to missed payment deadlines, we may charge a no-payment fee of at least $200. These fees will never be more than the commission we expected to earn.

Payment Terms

Method: Credit card only
Timing: Full payment required before services, except hourly-based tasks
Hourly Services: Payment due within 24 hours of completion

Limitations of Liability

While I strive to provide excellent service, I am not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party suppliers, such as:

Flight schedule changes, delays, or cancellations
Accommodation issues
Attraction changes, park hours, or availability
Weather-related disruptions or natural disasters

I will always do my best to assist with resolving issues but cannot be held liable for events beyond my control.
